In "Akumyō Ichiban," the familiar duo of Asakichi and Seiji, played by Katsushin and Tamiya, use their inherent chivalry and sense of justice to pursue the true villains and storm into Tokyo. The story begins in Osaka, nearing the end of the year, where a commotion erupts at a local financial institution. It turns out a rogue employee has absconded with nearly 100 million yen. Asakichi and Seiji are asked by the victims, bewildered by the loss of their important deposits, to solve the case. They bravely head to Tokyo in pursuit of the fleeing culprit. However, Asakichi finds Tokyo unfamiliar and things go awry. To make matters worse, he and Seiji have a falling out. But upon learning that a criminal organization in the Kanto region is behind the true culprit, Asakichi resolutely confronts them in this entertaining and exciting blockbuster.
