The shop owner said they sourced it from England, and it closely resembles a chair called a Shibata chair. There is a crack in the paint near the backrest of the armrest, but it does not appear to be broken. (See images 6-9) There is a sticker and the remains of a sticker on the underside of the seat, as well as areas where the varnish has peeled. This is not visible during normal use.
