There are no tags, and it has been stored in a closet for a long time, so there are some wrinkles. It would also look good paired with the cut-and-sew items I have listed separately. The fabric has a shiny, glittery feel, and the large ribbon is very cute. Please purchase only if you understand that this is a pre-owned item that has been stored by an individual.
