Wedgwood Cavendish Teapot Body Only (No Lid) Although it's not easily noticeable when displayed, there is a large crack. Please refer to the image illuminated from the back with a light. Also, some of the gold paint on the bottom part of the handle is chipped and thin. See the last image. When water is added, it slowly seeps out, so it needs to be repaired to be used as a teapot. How about it for someone who only has the lid and wants the body for display, or for those who want to practice kintsugi repair? It would also be lovely to display with artificial flowers without using water. It was only used a few times and has been kept in the box, so the condition is quite good. It's unclear when the crack occurred, but I think it was caused by moving during a previous move. I think it can be used just for display in a cupboard or for display purposes.
