You can also make them with thin denim or fabric with a nice drape, such as satin. For hot summers, gauze or crepe fabrics are also good. For autumn and winter, linen wool or corduroy are also recommended. The Liberty Tana Lawn version, which has a pattern without a specific direction, was cut with the fabric's crosswise grain.
