This is a cute Anpanman face belly band. The tag has been cut off (there is some fraying inside). I think I used it when I was around 1-2 years old. It shows signs of wear like pilling, but I think it's still usable. Recommended for preventing your baby's tummy from getting cold. Will be sent in simple packaging, using recycled materials.
