It's a size "3" piece with a glossy ginger coat and striking green, translucent eyes. Winstanley Cats are carefully made one by one, and you can tell the high quality at a glance. The craftsmanship of this cat in particular is superb, and you won't get tired of looking at it no matter how long you look. It's as if it's alive. In the words of Ms. Winstanley, "Winstanley Cats bring life to gray," and when you look at this cat, you can truly understand the meaning of those words. ❇️ Size is "3". Height 11cm, Depth 18cm, Width 21cm. ❇️ Condition: A beautiful item with a glossy shine, free of cracks or chips. ❇️ History of Winstanley Cats - Jennie started making cats when she applied for a position as an assistant in the workshop of Allen, who later became her husband and was also a chemist. Initially, in the 1950s, it was called the Kensington workshop, but the couple began making these distinctive cats created by Jennie in 1958, and later they began using the name Winstanley Workshop, Jennie's maiden name. In 1964, they moved the workshop to Norfolk and began exporting mainly to America, France, and Italy. In the 80s, the number of models increased so much that they could no longer manage them by model number. So they decided to classify them by approximate size (size 1 to size 8). In the heyday of the 90s, they employed five staff and also had a second factory. Jennie passed away in 2004, but now, Jennie's son and apprentices have taken over, and the workshop is supported by a strong fan base. This work is a vintage piece by Ms. Jennie Winstanley.
