This is not a briefing! This is an American brand called Tom Bihn. It's a well-established and famous brand over there. I believe I purchased this separately when I bought the Synapse 25, but I haven't actually used it. It might be an older model, as I couldn't find this product on their website. I'm not sure which model it attaches to. Please refer to the photos to determine that.
