This is a retro Japanese-style jacket. It was tailored a long time ago at Matsuzakaya. The lining has tears, fraying, and discoloration/stains. The outer fabric is a complex material with lace and ribbons sewn on like a pattern. It's a very fragile material, and the ribbons are not in great condition, with some fraying and tears.
