The photos show it worn without a pillow. ★How to use★ This is a two-piece obi consisting of a body wrap and a front ornament. The front ornament has an insert, so you can simply insert it into the obi. Wrap the body wrap around your waist with the string side down. If the bottom of the body wrap with the string is tightly secured, it's okay if the top insertion side is loose. In fact, the looseness may make it easier to attach the front ornament.
