Purchased from a second-hand shop in the Netherlands and displayed after taking it out of the box. Upon closer inspection, there are some cracks on the surface in several places. The windmill can be moved by hand (it rattles). Body height: approximately 24cm Height including windmill: approximately 30cm Diameter of the base piggy bank section: approximately 8cm It appears to be a corporate promotional item, possibly Delftware hand-painted, but I am not certain.
