I believe it's around size 7, but due to the design, it's not a perfect circle, so please consider this as a guideline. This is a Tiffany Hook & Eye ring I purchased over 20 years ago. It says "14" on it, so I believe I bought it in Heisei 14 (2002). There's a dent in the gold part. It's difficult to capture in the photos, but I've circled it in red, so please check the pictures. There are also minor scratches from use that don't show up in the photos. This is an old item, so please only purchase if you understand this.
