The items for sale are only the three-piece rotating display stand shown in the image. I have wiped it down with disinfectant, but there are small stains and scratches. Please check the photos. This is from a Chuggington Plarail set, but a standard Plarail train can also rotate if you use one car. This item has been used by a child, so please understand that it is a used item.
