The 3.5mm headphone and earphone jacks are not recognized. I replaced one of the silicone feet because it came off. There is no included software or cords. I will ship the items in the pictures. XLR (cannon) and phone jack connections work without any problems. *White noise is a specification of the AG03. It can be reduced by placing it in a place with less vibration or by using a power supply other than a PC.
