It's a very lovely dress. I bought it in Singapore. I've worn it once. It's not cotton. I think it's polyester. I'm an amateur, so please forgive me if I'm wrong. It also has a lining, so it's not see-through. The shoulders are quite exposed, so it would look stylish to wear a shawl or a light cardigan over it. I plan to send it in a compressed bag, so please understand. I think it's good for going out.
