I am the second owner. When it arrived, the original body was broken, so I replaced it with a new Disono body. It seems it was stored with the hat on the whole time, so the original wig is not in good condition. Also, the original owner did not use a wig cap, so there is some color transfer to the head. It will be shipped with the wig cap on. There are no noticeable scratches on the head, but there are scuffs, stains, bumps, and small cracks under the wig (please check the last photo). I didn't find any particular scratches on the face. Since it has been handled by two people, it is not a pristine item without any signs of use. Everything in the photos will be included.
