This item has been used by a child. It is a toy where a Pokemon pops out when you put a black Rayquaza in a Poke Del Z's Monster Ball and throw it. The Monster Ball attaches with a magnet, but the magnetic force isn't very strong, so it tends to open easily. There are some scratches inside the Monster Ball where the Pokemon rubbed against it when being pushed in.
