Only one item. (I took a picture with it to prove it's new for weighing purposes) Used twice. The outer package has been wiped with a wet wipe. The puff and the inside have not been wiped. The weight is almost the same in both the second and third photos. I replaced the inner seal, so I will ship it as is.
