I bought these on Rakuten! I've used each of them about 5 times. A fifth grader was wearing them. Adults with small heads might be able to wear them. They are 21 centimeters, but stretch to 28 centimeters! I haven't used the brown one much. They feel smooth and comfortable against the skin.
