I purchased these as spares a while ago. I washed and then stored them. I've wrapped them around my arms and around a dip stand at home to test them out and check their strength, and I've hung my body weight from them, but I don't recall ever using them for actual training, like wrapping them around a barbell. (Just in case, I've selected ones that are almost unused.) I'm also selling a set that I was using at the same time. If you buy both sets together, I'll discount the shipping cost.
