I tried on this high-quality Bishu wool item and two other affordable suits. This item felt completely different due to its light and soft material, so I immediately decided to buy it. I had it dry-cleaned to remove sweat and stored it, but upon inspection, there was a faint stain on the underarm of the dress. Please check photos 18 and 19. Other than that, there are no noticeable stains, spots, or pilling. I think the condition is relatively good as I haven't used it much, but please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
