In collaboration with sake brewers who previously assisted in the development of the Daiginjo glass, and with Japanese sake experts, we compared various glass shapes by tasting Junmai sake. After approximately 8 years of development, this dedicated glass was completed. In contrast to the refined taste of Daiginjo sake, the glass for Junmai sake, which is characterized by its complex and profound umami, has a large, horizontal shape with a wide mouth diameter to maximize its aroma and flavor. ■Diameter: 100 mm ■Height: 200 mm I have kept this in its box after washing it, without using it.
