It can be used in 3 ways: handheld, shoulder bag, or crossbody. There is some slight soiling if you look closely. There is some wear and tear, such as some loss of shape. I don't think there are any major noticeable stains or scratches, but please understand that I may have overlooked something. The color is light gray (it also looks like a greige color).
