I have a sheet of instructions, but I don't understand the contents very well. It seems to be a sake cup made by the Osaka branch of the Imperial Ex-Servicemen's Association to commemorate an enthronement or something similar. There are also the characters for Taisho 4, so it may be in commemoration of something related to Emperor Taisho. The box is, of course, old and has dust and dirt. Fushimi Inari Shrine, Kyoto Made by Hirata Heiemon, a potter from Fukakusa.
