This is the "COMPASS" premium microphone arm from Blue Microphones (now Logicool G). It's a clamp-type arm that attaches to your desk and is widely used for streaming, recording, online meetings, and more. The aluminum boom arm provides high rigidity, allowing it to stably support even heavy microphones like the SHURE MV7.
