This is a Marka mods coat, made in 2016. Retail price was 97,200 yen! Size is 2. I wore it for one season, but there is some sun fading. See photos 1 and 2, near the pockets. This mods coat is based on the one issued by the US military in 1951. The fur is coyote. Wire is inserted, so you can shape it as you like. One side of the fur is longer, designed to prevent gaps when closed. The fabric is made by densely weaving cotton and nylon, giving it a firm texture. The hood and liner are removable, so you can wear it as a spring coat for three seasons if you remove the fur. The pockets are glove-shaped inside to enhance their function as hand warmers.
