I used this to hold diapers, baby wipes, and other small items, hanging it on the stroller handle. It can be used in two ways: with hooks or as a shoulder bag. There is a stain on the third image, but otherwise, it is clean with no noticeable dirt. The inside of the fifth image is made of aluminum.
