This is a set of two COB LED headlamps. COB is a diffused type that illuminates the surroundings brightly. LED is a spot type that focuses on a single point. They are very light, so they won't cause your helmet to slip even when attached. Note: The product description states that they last for 4-6 hours on a full charge, but in actual use, they didn't last an hour on high. Maybe about 30 minutes at best. I haven't tried using them on low yet. COB and LED spot cannot be used simultaneously. The switching sequence is LED → COB → off. You can adjust the brightness by long-pressing the switch. They can be detached and used as handheld lights. There is a magnet on the opposite side of the switch, so they can also be used as work lights. If you plan to use them continuously, it's probably better to use them while charging. Alternatively, since it's a set of two, you could use one and charge the other, and then swap them out when the first one gets dim.
