Here is a program from Bunraku during the war. Please check the condition and content in the photos. This is from a time when the war's influence intensified, and the plays performed began to reflect the wartime atmosphere more strongly. Please see photos 2, 3, and 4. While the plays were adapted to the times, it is also evident that performances were held with a strong will to pass on the history of puppet-narrative Bunraku to the next generation.
