I purchased this in Nagoya a few years ago. I've worn it a few times, but I've had it dry cleaned each time, so it's in good condition. However, there's a small hole in the tag from the dry cleaning tag. There are no issues with wearing it. There are some fold wrinkles from moving. Also, the hood string is missing.
