This is likely from a McDonald's Happy Meal from over 10 years ago. It has been stored at home for a long time. Some have been used. (Please refer to the photos.) They seem to still have adhesive. The photo designs include E5 Series Shinkansen, N700 Series Shinkansen, 700 Series Shinkansen Hikari Rail Star, E4 Series Shinkansen Max, E3 Series Shinkansen 2000 Series Tsubasa, 500 Series Shinkansen Nozomi, E233 Series Chuo Line, E2 Series Shinkansen Hayate, E259 Series Narita Express, and the Plarail designs include Doctor Yellow, D51, Limited Express Odoriko, and Hyper Guardian stickers.
