This is a Lacoste F5191 polo shirt made by DEVANLAY in the 1990s. The inner tag indicates DEVANLAY (see photo), so it's likely from the 90s. It's in good condition with no noticeable stains, but there is some slight fading of the color. Also, one button was missing, so it has been replaced with a four-hole button of the same material and size. I purchased this at a vintage clothing store in Tokyo a while ago.
