This item was given to me about 10 years ago by my brother-in-law. He purchased it at Maruzen, near Tokyo Station. There is a name tag on it, but it's barely noticeable. I also asked a tailor, and they said they could cover that part with a piece of fabric in a similar color, and the cost would be minimal. Also, the shoulder width is raglan style, so the sleeve length is approximately 80cm. Please allow for some error as this is amateur measurement.
