(There are model numbers A3939011 and A3939012, with A3939012 being the newer one.) If you have the earlier model A3939011, it may not be possible to reset. You can also check the model in the Soundcore app. The case will not respond even when stored for older model earphones (versions 2.61 and 5.61). It should work with A3939012 (11.xx). !!! Please do not purchase if you cannot confirm the version. !!! This is a case-only sale. Earphones are not included. Please check the condition in the photos. Although cleaned, some stains may not be completely removed. I have confirmed that the lamp lights up when the charging cable is inserted. I have not confirmed whether it is possible to charge or reset by actually inserting the earphones. Shipping will be done by wrapping it in bubble wrap and dropping it off at the post.
