This item attaches to the back of a seat♪ It has Velcro closures at the top and bottom so you can insert your own ice packs♪ In the summer, strollers can get hot, so I used to put ice packs in it to keep my baby cool (^-^) The towel fabric is absorbent and easy to wash (^○^) There's a slight snagging on the towel, but it doesn't affect use♪
