Rainbow Pencils - 5 pencils These are leftovers from when I gave a set of pencils and erasers as a gift to a friend's child. They have been stored at home. They are new, but there may be some scratches, scuffs, and paint chips. It's difficult to see in the photos, but the overall construction may be rough. There are also some areas where there appears to be graphite smudges.
