Stored at home. There are no noticeable folds or stains, but there are small folds and scratches from storage. The last page has been cut with scissors because there was a supplement attached. (See photo 4) The supplement is also included. I have never used it, but I took it out of the bag and stored it at home. Please understand that this is a used item. I will lightly wipe it with alcohol before shipping. The shipping method may be changed. Please be aware of this. No pets, no smokers.
