While I haven't performed detailed measurements like a professional, the shutter has been confirmed to function. Strobe synchronization has been confirmed. The manufacturing year is 1947. The condition is good considering it's been approximately 80 years. There is some rust on the base metal of the strobe sync contact, but it does not affect operation. There are air bubbles in the lens. This is characteristic of glass lenses. It does not affect the image quality. This is a valuable vintage glass lens.
