This is an item from a Disney park overseas, and I've listed the size as an approximation since I wasn't sure. (For reference, my almost 3-year-old daughter wore it once, and it seemed a little big.) The skirt part is sturdy and made of a material that doesn't easily pill, so I think it can be worn many times. *However, the stitching on the left puff sleeve was originally a bit loose, and the elastic is now loose.
