Purchased in 2017. Only the printer and power cord are included. The power turns on. Printing is not possible. The ink cartridges will be included for shipping. It is unknown if functions other than printing are working properly. There are scratches, stains, and yellowing. It is not clean. Simple packaging will be used. *Please understand that this is a defective product before purchasing.
