This is Melody Tokukuri. It's quite old, but it's new and unopened. The box is dirty and damaged, and it has deteriorated considerably. The box says that music plays when you lift the sake bottle, but it doesn't play just by lifting it. The music plays when you flip the bottle directly under a ceiling light. There's a music sensor on the back of the bottle, and the instructions say it needs a light of 200 lux or more, so I think the sensor doesn't react unless it senses very bright light.
