Yanagiba knife, blade length 27.8cm, 175g. The spine is about 3.2mm thick near the top of the heel. It seems to be an older brand. It can only be found on the used market. This is a genuine kasumi blade, made by laminating soft iron and steel. The rust marks have mostly been removed, but upon close inspection, faint marks and small scratches remain, so please check the photos carefully. The handle has been replaced with a new one and should last for a while. It has been thoroughly sharpened, the blade has been honed, and it has been polished.
