Due to the triangle tag, it's likely from the 50s to 60s. Made of 100% rayon for a comfortable feel. Aloha shirt, eagle pattern, made in Japan. (There's no clear distinction between eagles and hawks; larger ones are called eagles, smaller ones are called hawks.) Both are predatory birds with fierce natures, sharp beaks, and claws. The pattern features an eagle with piercing eyes perched atop a pine tree floating on the vast ocean. In the context of Aloha shirts, it conveys a wish for strength, resilience, and royalty. Worn only a few times when I was in high school. Stored after being dry cleaned. There is some slight wear and tear typical of USED items, but there is no noticeable damage.
