Please handle with care. ◯How to Use◯ 【1】Once you've made the dough, wrap the estimated amount of dough in plastic wrap and stretch it out to be longer and thinner than the cutter. ※Φ30mm=90g Φ35mm=130g Φ40mm=180g 【2】Use a card to smooth out any wrinkles or air pockets. 【3】Cut a piece of parchment paper or OPP sheet to the same length as the cutter and wrap it around the dough. 【4】While still wrapped in parchment paper, insert the dough into the cutter. 【5】Twist the plastic wrap and press the dough into the cutter. 【6】Fill the cutter completely with dough from both sides. 【7】Remove from the cutter and refrigerate or freeze (it is recommended to refrigerate in the cutter if you want to keep the shape). ※Freezing in the cutter may cause damage, so please refrain from doing so. 【8】Remove the plastic wrap, sprinkle with granulated sugar, and lightly press a cut line marker to make marks. 【9】Cut along the marks and bake.
