This is a two-piece set consisting of a reversible hanhaba obi (half-width obi) and a drawstring bag, featuring pink with a black border on one side and solid black on the other. I've used the black side about twice. Because it's reversible, folding it diagonally to show the other color creates a sharp and interesting change. I usually use other drawstring bags, so I've only used this one about once, if at all. There's almost no sign of use, but there are a few wrinkles from where the mouth is drawn closed. Both the front and back use tsumugi fabric, and the loops for the cords are made in a proper and careful manner. This also has a full lining, so it seems like it can be used reversibly.
