These are Cartier glasses, purchased at Washin Megane in Shinjuku for approximately 130,000 yen. The color is silver. They feature the Cartier-style "C" design. I had LASIK surgery and no longer need glasses, so I replaced the prescription lenses with non-prescription lenses. The ear pieces and nose pads can be replaced with genuine Cartier parts at Washin Megane for a few thousand yen, so you can refresh them periodically to make them look like new. The ear pieces were discolored and have been replaced, so they are now as clean as shown in the images. They are stored in the brand's glasses case, and there are no other accessories.
