This is a cordless rechargeable blower. It is new and unused, but there may be scratches or dirt from storage, so please do not bid if you are sensitive to this! Includes the main unit, charger, and two batteries. This is a Chinese model, so if you prioritize quality, I recommend a product from a Chinese-made domestic manufacturer for around 30,000 yen. I have confirmed that it works with the batteries in the images... both work OK. In my personal opinion, it has a decent amount of airflow, so I think it's usable... the sound is about the same as the MAX setting on a small handheld blower.
