During a trip to Jaipur, the ancient city in Rajasthan, India, I stopped by a small temple. As I was peeking inside, an old man who was guarding the temple came out and showed me around. Afterwards, he invited me to his home and showed me his collection of works, which he cherished. From among them, I negotiated for this piece. Hand-painted on an old postcard, it depicts the Hindu god Ganesha. It's a warm piece born from the hands of someone I met during my travels.
