I usually wear a size M, so I think this is M, but I've already cut off the tag. I believe it's 100% acrylic. Measurements (laid flat, approximate): Length 57.5cm. There is some stretch. The knit is quite open, so I think you'll need to wear a t-shirt or something similar underneath.
