This is sukima11, produced by SORA and used by Mr. Kimura of air. I don't use it much anymore, so I recommend it to everyone from those just starting out to veterans. It can create a unique bundled look, as if you've done a slide cut. I don't think there are any problems with the sharpness, but if you're concerned, you can sharpen it.
